As we all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives us the strength, and many nutritionists say that we can eat whatever we want in the morning.
Still, some of us make several mistakes when we are eating the breakfast.
1. We avoid proteins - Usually in the morning a lot of people drink coffee or tea, and along with that, they eat a muffin or croissant. We agree that that is delicious, but what about proteins?
A recent research have shown that if we eat proteins in the morning, we are balancing the amount of fat and sugar in our blood, and we will not be too much hungry during the day.
2. Also one of the biggest mistakes we make, is when we are eating a lot of fatty foods in the morning. It is ok to eat a little bit of fat because that's what we need in order to function properly, but bacon or butter is not a good choice.
Doctors recommend healthy fats such as Greek yogurt or a little bit of nuts.
3. If you don't like to have breakfast as soon as you wake up, well you have to force yourself to eat at least something. Because a lot of people are having their breakfast few hour after they woke up.
This is not good because if you do this, you will probably eat a larger amount of food than usual.
So don't wait too much, take a few minutes after you wake up, and at least drink coffee. Your body shouldn't be starving.
