Paneer is an important part of the diet of people taking vegetarian diet. Often when we go out to eat food, we definitely look for paneer options, so why not make delicious Dhaba Style Paneer at home? To make it, you need cheese along with various spicy spices, tomatoes, onions etc. Even though Dhaba Style Paneer takes some time to make, its taste and nutrition make it the number one choice for dinner.
INGREDIENTS
200 gms cheese
2 ginger, grated
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tomato
1/2 cup water
2 sprigs green coriander
2 pinch black pepper
4 tbsp refined oil
3 onions, cut into pieces
1/2 cup yogurt, whipped
Instruction:
1.Heat oil in a handi and fry the onion on medium flame, when the onion is fried, reduce the flame. Grate the two pieces and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and mix it well.
2.Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
3.Add half a cup of curd and cook it till it becomes dry, before adding salt, add half a cup of water and cook till it comes to a boil.
4.Add cream cheese and green coriander to it and cook till the masala becomes dry.
5.Add black pepper and take it off the flame. Take it out in a bowl and serve it with green coriander.
