300 gram potatoes
200 gram tomatoes
2 cups water
2 green chilies
1 piece ginger
1 piece asafoetida
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp green coriander
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste

Recipe – How to make Rasedar Aloo

To make Juicy Potatoes, first take the potatoes and boil them. Peel the potatoes when they cool down and then cut the potatoes with the help of a knife.Now take tomatoes, ginger and green chilies and grind them well in a mixer.
After doing this, take a pan and heat it by adding oil. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds to it, when it is hot, add coriander and turmeric and mix it with tomato mixture and fry.
When the masala is roasted well, add potato pieces, salt, red chili and mix it well. Add water to it and leave it to cook for some time.
In no time your delicious and wonderful juicy potatoes are ready, add garam masala and coriander and serve it hot.
