What is Egg Sandwich?

This is a Non-Vegetarian Sandwich which is made from Eggs , it is very easy to make and it is made in very less time, people all over the world like to eat Sandwich. And everyone makes and eats sandwiches in their own way. All the necessary ingredients used in this recipe are commonly available in every city of the world, there are many types of sandwiches and everyone likes to eat sandwiches.

Ingredients:

2 White Bread Slices.
Black Pepper Powder.
Salt.
Green Chili Paste.
Butter.
Tomato Ketchup.
Homemade mayonnaise sauce (Mayyonaise Sauce).
Tomato Slices.
Cucumber Slices.
A pinch of Red Chili Powder.
A Boiled Egg.

Step 1.
First apply mayonnaise sauce on both the slices, now apply 1/2 tsp green chilli sauce on one slice and 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup on the other slice.
Step 2.
Now sprinkle a little red chili powder, a pinch of black pepper powder and a little salt on both the slices.

Step 3.
Carefully cut the eggs into thin slices, place these slices on the bread and also place 2 tomato slices, now place the second slice of bread on this slice.

Step 4.
Press it with light hands so that everything is well set, now put butter on one side and keep the sandwich on the pan.

Step 5.
Cook the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on both the sides and after every 1 minute flip the sandwich so that it becomes crisp and golden in color, now apply some butter on the other side and press lightly.

Step 6.
Apply some butter again and flip the sandwich. After 5-6 minutes Hyderabadi Style Egg Tawa Masala Sandwich is ready to be served.

INSTRUCTIONS
