For BHEL:

Fried Noodles as required.
3 tbsp thinly sliced ​​cabbage.

2-3 drops Orange Food Colour.
1 pinch Ajinomoto.

For the Bhel Sauce:

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce.
1 tbsp Vinegar.
Soy Sauce 1 tsp.
1 tsp sugar.
1 tbsp oil.

How to make Chinese Bhel:

Phase 1.
First, put oil in a non stick pan and heat it, then add ginger garlic paste and fry it well.
