Ingredients required to make Pinwheel Samosa:
200 grams Boiled Potatoes.
Cooked Green Peas 2-3 tbsp.
1 cup Kneaded All Purpose Flour Dough.
2-3 tbsp All Purpose Flour.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
1 tsp Mustard Seeds or Rai Dana
1 tsp Amchur Powder.
tsp Turmeric Powder.
tsp Red Chilli Powder.
Salt as per taste.
1 tbsp oil.
Oil for frying.
How to make Pinwheel Samosa:
Phase 1.
First, heat oil in a pan, then add mustard seeds and let it crackle, now add ginger garlic green chili paste and fry it lightly.

Now reduce the flame, add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and then put boiled potatoes and peas in it and turn off the gas, then add amchur powder and mash the potatoes and mix them well with the spices, now let the stuffing cool down. .
